Return & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases completed through the website theomnipotence.com, operated by Omnipotence LLC ("the Company").
This Policy applies to all physical goods offered in the categories of sports, fitness, clothing, accessories, and other consumer products.
Placement of an order constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.

Items must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or alterations.

Products designated as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return, except when proven defective or damaged on arrival.

Returns that do not meet these standards may be rejected at the discretion of Omnipotence LLC.
3. Procedure for Returns

Submit a return request by emailing contact@theomnipotence.com with the order number and reason for return.

Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions will be provided.

Items must be securely packaged, clearly labeled with the RMA number, and shipped to the designated return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or shipped in error. A trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days after inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.

Refunds apply solely to the product price; original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of Company error.

A ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be applied to certain returns to cover inspection and administrative processing.
5. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. To obtain a replacement, the original product must be returned for a refund, and a new order placed.
If the received product is defective or incorrect, a replacement will be provided without additional charge, including return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from return or refund:

Gift cards and digital downloads

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Used, altered, or damaged products

Items returned beyond the fourteen (14) day period
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Defective or incorrect merchandise must be reported within three (3) days of receipt.
Notification must include photographic evidence of both the item and packaging.
Upon verification, the customer may receive a full refund or replacement, including prepaid return shipping.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not appeared within ten (10) business days following approval, the customer should contact the relevant financial institution.
Continued discrepancies should be reported to contact@theomnipotence.com for investigation.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment.
Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process outlined in Section 3 must be followed.
Omnipotence LLC retains the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
10. Delivery Delays
In cases of significant delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe caused by factors under Company control, a refund or cancellation may be granted after individual review.
