1. Shipping Coverage

Domestic and international shipping are available to selected destinations.
If a destination does not appear at checkout, inquiries regarding alternative shipping arrangements may be directed to contact@theomnipotence.com.

2. Processing Times

Order processing requires one (1) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, following confirmation of payment.
A confirmation email is issued once an order has been processed and dispatched.
During periods of high demand, additional processing time may be required. Notification will be provided in the event of significant delay.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

Delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, and weight.
Free standard shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specific value when such promotion is advertised on theomnipotence.com.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, a tracking number is provided via email.
Orders can be tracked directly through the carrier’s tracking portal using the supplied tracking number.
If tracking details are not received within five (5) days of purchase, customers should contact contact@theomnipotence.com.

6. International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Such fees are not included in the checkout total and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspection or clearance procedures beyond the control of Omnipotence LLC.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that all shipping address information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Omnipotence LLC is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
If a parcel is returned because of address issues, the customer will be contacted, and reshipping fees may apply.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Claims regarding lost, stolen, or damaged shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing contact@theomnipotence.com.
Each claim will be investigated with the carrier.
Depending on the outcome, a replacement or refund may be issued at the discretion of Omnipotence LLC.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Shipments are not available to:

• P.O. Boxes (for carriers that prohibit such deliveries)

• Countries subject to United States trade sanctions or export restrictions

• Certain military or governmental addresses without prior written approval
